Sowing Instructions

SowFebruary to March onto the surface of a good, free-draining, damp, seedcompost and lightly cover the seed with fine grade vermiculite. Placethe seed container in a warm place at a daytime temperature of20-25C(68-77F) and allow this to be reduced slightly overnight to aidgermination. Germination usually takes 3-15 days. Do not exclude lightat any stage as this helps germination.

Growing Instructions

Transplantseedlings, when large enough to handle into 7.5cm (3 inch) pots.Gradually acclimatise plants to cooler conditions for a few weeksbefore planting out after all risk of frost, 30cm (12 inches) apart.
